Saigon Center Dental provides both manufacturer warranties (for dental implants and dental restorations where applicable) and clinic-supported warranties. The warranty coverage, terms, and conditions for each treatment are clearly outlined in your warranty card and accompanying treatment documentation.
Warranty Eligibility
Patients are eligible for warranty support if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Have received treatment or services at Saigon Center Dental Clinic.
- Present a valid warranty card that is intact and has not been altered, erased, or damaged.
- The information on the warranty card matches the patient’s records at Saigon Center Dental Clinic.
- Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments and X-ray examinations when required.
- Follow the dentist’s instructions for proper at-home oral care and maintenance.
If a warranty card has been lost, patients may still be eligible for warranty service, provided their treatment records can be verified in our system and all warranty conditions have been met.
Situations Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
- The warranty period has expired.
- Damage resulting from poor oral hygiene or harmful habits, including smoking or improper oral care.
- Failure to attend recommended follow-up or maintenance appointments.
- New medical conditions that develop after treatment and affect oral health, such as diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer radiation therapy, epilepsy, severe teeth grinding, or other systemic conditions.
- Damage caused by accidents, sports injuries, or other external trauma.
- Natural aging or degeneration of the teeth and gums.
- Problems related to previous dental work that was not performed by Saigon Center Dental Clinic.
- Requests to change the treatment outcome after the original treatment plan has been agreed upon and completed.
- Treatments performed at the patient’s request despite the dentist’s prior warning that the tooth or restoration carried a high risk of failure, fracture, or limited longevity.
- Cases where another dental provider has performed treatment or modifications before the patient returns to our clinic.
- Any damage resulting from intentional misuse or negligence.
